If you aren’t excited about the prospect of Mohawk Bend opening, you really, really should be. Drink-wise, they have 70ish beer taps—all of which will be dedicated to California breweries when they open—and a full bar stocked with NOTHING BUT CALIFORNIA-DISTILLED LIQUOR. When they open, you should go. I know I will.
